Patient/Client/Service User/Relative Feedback Form and Guidance document should now be available in each clinical practice placement. Every nursing student is required to have 5 patient feedbacks on their performance in a year. It is important that mentors ensure patients

Practice Learning Outcomes for initial 3 week Practice Placement Year 1
Practice Learning Outcomes for first year 3 week placement in weeks 10,11, and 12 on the course. During the placement students are not required to complete any of the practice learning outcomes in the Ongoing Record of Achievement of Practice Competence document. They do have to focus on 5 learning outcomes during their placement. Please familiarise yourself with the guidance.
